Paul Girling - Managing Director
I started new habits three years ago and I’ve loved every minute of it. I’ve worked with a broad range of people and organisations, as a coach, consultant, project manager and trainer. I’m an NLP practitioner and author of the project game, ‘Family Life’, published by Gower. I’m committed to my professional development and am a member of the Association for Project Management (APM), the British Computer Society and the Association for NLP. I’m a regular presenter at APM events.
My interests include swimming, walking, voluntary work and supporting Spurs (keep the faith!)

Pat Ashcroft
After thirty plus years with HSBC I joined new habits. I have extensive experience of implementing systems and training. My strengths include Project Management, Planning & Control and Microsoft Project, Open Workbench & Clarity planning tools. I am a Master Practitioner in NLP, TimeLine Therapy, Hypnotherapy and NLP Coaching and deliver softer skills, like communication and team events. I have delivered customised training around the World to a wide range of backgrounds and knowledge.
My interests are walking, skiing, cooking, theatre of all kinds of genre, dancing and the list goes on and on.

Jan Livesley
I have 18 years Learning & Development experience, both in the UK and globally, leading HSBC’s L&D department for four years in India and Malaysia. I managed the over 200 staff, across four cities in India, delivering all training needs. My strengths lie in Selection & Recruitment; Performance Management, Coaching & Mentoring, Project Management and Management Competencies. I am an NLP practitioner. I believe training should provide practical approaches that can be readily applied in both work and personal life and always ensure I deliver this.
My interests include travelling as much as possible, reading, walking and socialising with friends
